Free Child ID Event, Cheerleading Camp This Week
Coed lacrosse camp, eco-adventure camp at Lehigh Valley Zoo and a golf tournament at Iron Lakes Golf Club will be going on this week in North Whitehall.

Explorer Camp-Eco Adventures at Lehigh Valley Zoo. Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. For ages 11-14. Register by calling 610-799-4171, ext. 238.
Cheerleading summer camp at Independence Park, Monday through Friday, $50. Registration required, forms available at North Whitehall Township Buillding, 3256 Levans Road.
Boys and girls lacrosse camp (coed), North Whitehall Township field, adjacent to township building at 3256 Levans Road. $50. Registration required, forms available at township building.

Crafts in the Grove. 100 juried crafters and guitarist Brian Xander at Neffs Union Church. 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Music featuring Crazy Hearts at Neffs Union Church. 7 p.m.-10 p.m.
Battle of the Burgers at Lehigh Valley Zoo. 12 p.m.-4 p.m. A summer fundraiser for the zoo. For tickets, call 610-799-4171, ext. 224.

Salon Soho, 4703 Route 309, Schnecksville, will hold a Haircuts for Healing cut-athon to raise money for the KidsPeace Children’s Fund. 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Suggested donation is $20 to $30 per haircut. Due to time constraints, stylists will not be blow-drying hair the day of the event.
