KidsPeace Declares Bankruptcy
KidsPeace will remain in business and its day-to-day operations will continue uninterrupted asl it reorganizes under Chapter 11 bankruptcy, .
KidsPeace filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy Tuesday to restructure its long-term debt and pension obligations, William Isemann, KidsPeace Chief Executive Officer William Isemann, said in a news release.
KidsPeace's national headquarers is in Schnecksville.
"This move is aimed at strengthening KidsPeace so that we can more readily fulfill our mission in the communities that we serve," he said.

"We anticipate that this reorganization will move very quickly," he said.
Isemann said KidsPeace would remain in business and its day-to-day operations will continue uninterrupted.
