LCCC Kappa Delta Pi Chapter Held Virtual Induction Ceremony on March 30, featuring LCCC alumna Lisa Conte as guest speaker.

Lehigh Carbon Community College (LCCC) inducted 25 new members into its chapter of Kappa Delta Pi, the international honor society in education, on March 30. Kappa Delta Pi’s mission is to foster excellence in education and promote fellowship among those dedicated to teaching.

During the virtual ceremony, LCCC alumna Lisa Conte was guest speaker. Conte served as the Kappa Delta Pi treasurer for 2018-19, currently resides in California and is a teacher in the Early Learning Program at Westwood Presbyterian Church Preschool. She is a student at the University of Washington working on her bachelor’s degree in Early Care and Education. Jaclyn Hudak and Judy Brown-Dupaul serve as advisors for the chapter.
