LCCC Partners to Offer Noncredit Cooking Classes for Fall 2017
Through partnerships with Parkland, Catasauqua Area and Whitehall-Coplay School Districts, Lehigh Carbon Community College (LCCC) will offer a variety of noncredit cooking classes to the community on a convenient and flexible schedule. Locations vary; additional materials fees may apply and are payable to the instructor. Nut Roll – Tuesday, Dec. 19, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Fee is $30
Several couples cooking classes will be offered this semester, and all are held at LCCC’s main campus in Schnecksville. Date Night: Sushi 101. Choose from Thursday, Dec. 7 or Friday, Dec. 8; both classes meet from 6:45 to 9:15 p.m. for a fee of $45 per person. Two new date night classes, which run from 6 to 8 p.m., have been added for a cost of $35 per person. The Tastes of Italy will be held Thursday, Oct. 19 and The Cuisine of Asia runs Thursday, Nov. 9.
Both Food for Life classes are hands-on, run from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m., and are priced at $45 each. Diabetic Cooking will be held Wednesday Dec. 6 and Gluten-Free Cooking on Wednesday, Dec. 13.
