Stay Late at the LV Zoo Thursday in North Whitehall

Here's what happening Thursday in and around North Whitehall Township.

• Twilight Thursday at the Lehigh Valley Zoo. Enjoy the zoo and all it has to offer after hours, that is, until 8 p.m. Grab dinner at the Bison Prairie Grill or stop by the Bear Crossing Gift Shop. Hot dogs will cost only $1 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
  

• The National Weather Service says there will be mostly sunny skies with a high temperature of 79 degrees.

• The Valley Preferred Cycling Center, 1151 Mosser Road, Breinigsville, will hold youth basic cycling lessons at 8 a.m. and elite motor pacing sessions at 10 a.m.

• Fine Forgiveness Week continues through Saturday atParkland Community Library. Return overdue items this week without incurring any fines. 

• The Parkland Community Library's Board of Directorswill hold a special meeting at 7 p.m. at the library.
