Student Stabs Classmate with Syringe at Parkland, Cops Say

South Whitehall Police are still investigating the alleged attack. The accused Parkland High School student was taken to police headquarters.

 

South Whitehall Police report they responded to a disturbance call at Parkland High School at approximately 1 p.m. Wednesday where they discovered a student intentionally stabbed a classmate in the leg with a syringe while eating lunch in the cafeteria.

Police report the injured student was treated by medical personnel upon arrival of the student's parents. The accused student was taken from the school by their guardian and taken to South Whitehall Police headquarters for questioning.

Police report the investigation is ongoing and no charges have been filed.
