It's official -- the Famous Smoke Shop has finally moved into its new location. The cigar manufacturer and retailer on Friday announced the move to its new location of 90 Mort Drive from the smaller 1100 Conroy Place location -- both in Forks. The new 60,000-square-foot facility not only allows for the manufacturing and retail shops, but also includes a restaurant and cigar bar. Plans for the retail portion of the business call for a 4,700-square-foot restaurant bar and outdoor patio facility. According to a press release issued by the store, the retail shop will remain closed until the grand opening. An official date has not been determined, but officials said earlier this month they hope to have the retail store open within a week to 10 days from the time of the move. Phone and web orders went off line for a few hours yesterday but are back online as of today.
