Forks BCA Hosts Real Estate Bus Tour

Businesses interested in purchasing or leasing in Forks Township will soon have the chance to tour available properties all in one day.

The Business and Commerce Association of Forks will host a bus tour on May 10. The tour, which is expected to last about two hours, will allow area realtors the chance to tour commercial properties in the township.  

Brian Lokitis, chairman of the Business and Commerce Association of Forks appeared before the township Board of Supervisors recently to invite supervisors and request funds to help pay for the 20 seat bus.

Funds for the bus will come from the township’s discretionary account. According to Lokitis, the bus will be leased from Easton Coach at a cost of $350.

The bus is expected to depart from the Riverview Country Club, Riverview Place around 9am followed by an association meeting where speakers will discuss the current real estate market.
