Meet the Candidates for Forks Supervisor
John O'Neil, a Democrat, is running for the one available four-year term and one available six-year term.

John O'Neil, Democratic candidate for Forks Township Board of Supervisors, says his main goal, if elected, will be to serve the citizens of the township.
“It’s about what you want,” said O’Neil at the Candidates Forum held earlier this month. “The supervisors are here to make sound decisions for you but it’s not our township, it’s your township.”
O’Neil is one of six candidates running in the upcoming May 17 primary. He is vying for the one available four-year term and the one available six-year term.

O’Neil said that if elected, he will make decisions based on facts. He said he will not make rash decisions.
“When I make a vote it’s for the taxpayers of Forks Township,” he said.

He would also work toward attracting businesses to the township.
“We need to get more income into this township and we have to address how this township is growing,” he said.
O’Neil has been a township resident for the past 13 years and is treasurer of the township Recreation Board. He has been employed by Johnson and Johnson for the past 20 years.
