Nearly All Charges Cleared for Forks Burglary Suspect

Anthony Hernandez-Acosta cleared of 32 out of 35 charges against him.

A New Jersey man on trial for burglarizing 11 homes in the Easton area has been acquitted of most of the charges, according to a report in the Express-Times.

Anthony Hernandez-Acosta, 39, of Woodbridge Township, NJ, was found not guilty of 32 of the 35 charges against him, including multiple burglary and theft charges and conspiracy to commit burglary, reports stated.

Hernandez-Acosta, a Latin King gang member, was an informant for the NJ Attorney General's Office and claimed he was not present for the burglaries, which included nine in Forks Township between December 2009 and May 2010, according to the story.
