No Palmer Supervisors Meetings for a Month
Labor Day holiday and a golf outing push back Board of Supervisors meetings until the end of September.

Palmer Township's Board of Supervisors is going on hiatus.
Supervisors Chairman Dave Colver announced at last Monday's meeting that due to the Labor Day holiday and a golf outing, the board won't meet again until the end of the month.
The township supervisors hold meetings the first two Mondays of the month and the last Tuesday.
But with Labor Day Monday, that meeting was scrapped. Some governing bodies, like Nazareth Borough Council, hold their meetings the next day when it falls on a holiday.
The township is also holding its annual golf outing on Monday, Sept. 9, another meeting date.
That means that supervisors won't gather again until 7 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 24.
With only one meeting for September, expect a hefty meeting agenda.
