Palmer Couple Charged with Drug Possession

Hollow View Drive couple allegedly drove through Allentown to "score" drugs while children were in back seat of car.

The Morning Call has reported that a Palmer Township couple allegedly smoked and injected drugs as they drove through Allentown with their two children, including an 8-month-old, sitting in the back seat.

David St. Germain, 29, and Kristen E. Roensch, 31, both of Hollow View Drive were stopped at Penn and Oak streets in Allentown at 4:18pm Tuesday and a detective said he found a crack pipe, syringes and drugs in the car, according to court reports.

Police say St. Germain and Roensch took their two children to score drugs in Allentown.
