Palmer Supervisors, School Board Meetings are What's Up in Palmer/Forks Today

Good morning everyone! It's a new day in Forks and Palmer Townships and here's some things going for you to know about in our new feature that we will showcase every Tuesday through Friday.

• The Palmer Township Board of Supervisors meets at 7 p.m. in the conference room of the Palmer Township library. Supervisors will address such issues as a few sewer projects, zoning public hearing and a presentation by Envision Lehigh Valley. For more on the agenda, click here.

• The Easton Area School Board meets tonight as well in the school administration building off Bushkill Drive. The meeting features the debut of the interim Superintendent Tom Reichert.

• And don't go looking for the new Rolling Stone magazine at CVS on Sullivan Trail in Forks Township today. CVS/pharmacy has decided not to sell the current issue of Rolling Stone featuring a cover photo of the Boston Marathon bombing suspect.
  

• The Philadelphia Eagles open training camp today. They are doing so in Philadelphia, marking the first time they won't be practicing at Lehigh University in Bethlehem Township for the first time in 14 years.
