What Should Go Here? Two Palmer Storefronts

It's one thing when you see a storefront sitting vacant.

You see them sometimes in malls like the Palmer Park Mall and you wonder what happened to the previous owner and you contemplate what should fill the space.

Then you see one in a strip mall like the Giant Food Store center on Sullivan Trail in Forks Township. There, they bookend all the other stores.

But in the Weis Market shopping center on William Penn Highway in Palmer Township, it's even worse.

There, two storefronts stand back to back.

One has a faded sign of a former sports-type business and both are next to Chrissy's steak shop.

What would be the best businesses to get these storefronts back in operation?
