NCC is seeking a customer service representative for an inbound call center. Primary responsibilities include responding to registration and general information requests, and other duties as assigned.

20-25 hrs/wk, flexible schedule in supportive environment; evenings to 7 p.m. may be required.

Excellent communication, keyboarding and customer service skills required; computer and software expertise a must.
