WOODMONT PROPERTIES TO HOST SUMMER BBQ EVENT AT WOODMONT PLACE AT PALMER

EVENT: Woodmont Properties will host a community-wide summer kick off event at Woodmont Place at Palmer, a luxury apartment community featuring 9 buildings with a total of 216 one- and two-bedroom apartments with four different floor plans, ranging in size from 803 to 1,153 square feet with deluxe features such as extra-high ceilings, designer kitchens with energy-efficient appliances, walk-in closets and spacious deck areas. Amenities include 19 acres of park-like areas with barbeques, picnic spots and dog runs as well as pet stations, fitness center, swimming pool, game room and a clubroom with a sports bar. The community is located near Routes 22, 33, 78, and 611, providing access to Philadelphia and New Jersey.

The event highlights Woodmont’s commitment to the Lehigh Valley area and will feature food and drinks from Fat Daddy’s Southern Bar-B-Q and a DJ. Summer incentives will be offered including one month’s free rent and a reduced security deposit.
