$3.95M Estate Tops Local Home Listings

A look at the priciest―and least expensive―houses in the area.

A $3.95 million manor in Worcester Township is the biggest ticket among the more than 150 homes for sale in the area, according to the listings on AOL Real Estate.

1121 Hollow Road dates to just after the Civil War and underwent a round of renovations in 2004. The eight acre property includes a courtyard with a bronze water fountain, a stone and frame barn, a separate guest house, and a carriage house with its own second floor apartment.

At the other end of the price spectrum is 62 Gravel Pike in Rahns, a Colonial-style home built in 1901. It's offered at $98,000.
