PENNSYLVANIA — All of Pennsylvania 10 priciest ZIP codes are in the Philadelphia suburbs, a new analysis finds.
According to an analysis from the PropertyShark real estate blog, Villanova (19085) is the state's most expensive ZIP code. There, the median home price is $953,000 so far in 2020.
Communities along the Main Line continue to be among Pennsylvania's most expensive. That area had seven of the 10 priciest ZIP codes in the state.

To determine the most expensive ZIP codes, the analysis assessed real estate transactions that closed between Jan. 1, 2020, and Oct. 15, 2020.
No Pennsylvania community ranked in PropertyShark's list of the top 100 priciest ZIP codes in the United States. According to the analysis, Atherton, California is the country's most expensive ZIP code for fourth consecutive year.
