2 Charged With Prostitution At Phoenixville Massage Parlor
Two women have been arrested at a downtown Phoenixville business after police said they offered sexual favors to customers for cash.

PHOENIXVILLE, PA — A prostitution investigation has resulted in two arrests at a massage parlor on Main Street in Phoenixville.
The arrests were made at an establishment called the Tai Chi Gifts and Health Center, located at 8 S. Main Street, near the intersection with Bridge Street.
Police said they conducted a weeks-long investigation into the business, sending undercover detectives there on three separate occasions.

On each occasion, employees as the parlor offered the detectives sexual favors in exchange for cash, according to police.
On Wednesday morning, Nov. 6, just after 11 a.m., police executed a search warrant at Tai Chi. Two women, Hui Chen, 27, and Yuxian Yang, 42, were taken into custody and charged with misdemeanor counts of prostitution.

Police also seized a large amount of money, computers, cell phones, and condoms from the business.
The investigation is ongoing, and police said there may be additional arrests forthcoming.
Chen and Yang were both taken to Chester County Prison after failing to post bail. A preliminary hearing is set for Nov. 13.
