20 PA Companies Make New Fortune 500 List

Fortune Magazine has released its annual list of the 500 top companies in America, and 20 businesses from across Pennsylvania have earned spots on the list, including seven in the top 200 and two in the top 50.

Walmart came in first overall, but Pennsylvania was represented with AmerisourceBergen at 10th and Comcast at 32nd.

According to the company's methodology, businesses are ranked based on total revenues for their respective fiscal years and file financial statements with a government agency.
