PHOENIXVILLE, PA — PECO is planning work in Phoenixville Borough next week, causing lane closures in the township.
According to PennDOT, PECO will have weekday lane closures on Black Rock Road/Route 113 between Winding River Lane and Riverwalk Drive due to utility construction.
The closure will be in place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday, April 20 through Friday, April 24
