CHESTER COUNTY, PA — A Chester County woman who was under medical supervision has gone missing, police said on Monday.

Nicole Marie McGadden, 39, has not been seen since Sunday, June 28 in the afternoon, according to the Caln Township Police Department.

Police said her well-being is at risk if she does not receive medical attention soon.

McGadden is 5 feet, 7 inches tall, weighs 155 pounds, and has blonde hair and blue eyes.

She was last seen with an unknown person in a red Honda SUV, police said.
