Concordia Choral Arts Presents Holiday Music in Phoenixville

Following October's Peace Day Concert, Concordia awarded its first RISING ARTIST VOCAL SCHOLARSHIP and prepares for winter holiday events.

With its mission to enrich the community through the choral arts, Concordia Choral Arts prepares for a 2019-2020 winter season filled with music!

Artistic Director, S. Katherine Shealy leads Concordia Voices, just one of Concordia’s four vocal groups, through weekly rehearsals in preparation for the upcoming season which includes community activity as well as its January 2020 winter concert.
Having performed for the Phoenixville international Day of Peace a few weeks ago , Ms. Shealy states, "We have reached a strategic goal in 2019: awarding the first annual RISING ARTIST VOCAL SCHOLARSHIP. The scholarship supports music education for our area youth and will be awarded annually to a young musician between the ages of 8-13.

Concordia now focuses on the winter and holiday season and is pleased to announce that Alexis Ward will be it’s assistant director. Concordia's many voices may be heard in a variety of venues throughout the community this season:
