PHOENIXVILLE, PA -- Phoenixville's median home value is just over $200,000, and the market is "very hot."

That's according to real estate partner Zillow, which compiles statistics about homes sold in the area and forecasts future trends.

Phoenixville home values have gone up 4.3 percent over the past year, Zillow said, they will rise another 2.0 percent within the next year.
