Running store All Kinds of Fast in Phoenixville hosts free group runs, open to the public, from their downtown store every Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. and every Saturday at 8:30 a.m.

There are three routes that traverse distances between two and six miles. Participants can run on the road or the Schuylkill River Trail at Lock 60.
There are leaders for several different pace groups, so no runners will ever get left behind.
