Luminaria Shopping Night Lights Up The Streets Of Phoenixville

PHOENIXVILLE, PA — There will be plenty of holiday cheer in the borough Wednesday night, as Luminaria Shopping Night hits downtown.

A grand total of 1,000 luminarias will light up Bridge Street for the special event, which will take place from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Dec. 11.

The band Vocal Fusion from Phoenixville Area High School will be downtown as well, performing various Christmas carols and holiday songs.

Shops will be open late, and many of them are offering special activities or holiday dears for shoppers.

Here's a list of businesses participating, and what deals are being offered:

• All Kinds Of Fast - "We will have Diadora brand shoe wear test (6PM). We will also be offering 15% Off all sales during Luminaria event."
• Black Walnut Winery Tasting Room & Wine Bar - "The tasting room will be offering a 15% discount on bottles of wine during our regular hours of operation, 4:00 to 9:00 p.m."
• Community Eco Store - "Please enjoy 10% off everything in the store between 5pm and 9pm Wednesday Dec. 11. We have gift items under $20.00 throughout the store."
• Diving Cat Studio Gallery - "We will be offering 15% of your entire order.Champagne will be served."
• Generations Toy Store - "Stop in for milk and cookies (adult style) while you shop for the young and young at heart on your Christmas list."
