Molly Krock Named “All District” at PIAA Swimming Championships
Renaissance Academy, sophomore, Molly Krock placed 4th overall in District I AA 100 Breast Stroke event.
Phoenixville, PA – At the 2020 PIAA District I Swimming Championships at the end of February, sophomore, Molly Krock earned the All District” title by placing 4th overall in the AA 100 Breast Stroke event.
Although Molly was a mere second away from qualifying for the PIAA State Finals, she did make the podium at Districts with a time of 1:10.14, Molly's personal best time during her 9 year swimming career.
Molly is a 10th grade student at the Renaissance Academy Charter School*, Phoenixville, PA. As Renaissance Academy does not have a swimming program, she swims for her residence school district, Pottsgrove. Molly lives in Pottsgrove with her parents, Todd and Barbara Krock, along with her sister, Kennedy and two brothers, Patrick and Charlie.

Molly along with her sister, Kennedy (8th grade) have also qualified for the YMCA East District Championships, to be held March 7th-8th, 2020 at Gloucester County Institute of Technology (High School), Sewell, NJ. If the young swimmers do well, they will then advance to the YMCA Pennsylvania State Championships that will be held at Penn State University’s on March 20-22, 2020
