New Wine Bar Opens on Bridge Street Friday

Wine-lovers in Phoenixville have a new place to enjoy a refreshing glass with Friday’s grand opening of the Wine Barrel.

Located at 22 Bridge Street in the heart of Phoenixville, the Wine Barrel promises ”a sophisticated, yet casual dining experience,” specializing in creating mix-drinks, sangrias and cocktails.

According to the Phoenixville Dish, the bar will offer an array of cheeses, soups, sandwiches and other menu items to accentuate the wine, which comes from A’Dello Vineyard & Winery in Perkiomenville.

The Wine Barrel’s hours of operation are: Tues-Thurs. 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., Fri.-Sat. 11 a.m. to midnight and Sun. 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
