Phoenixville Clinic For Uninsured Names New Director
The Clinic in Phoenixville has new leadership as it marks 20 years of providing healthcare services to the uninsured.

PHOENIXVILLE, PA — A nonprofit Phoenixville clinic where volunteer doctors, nurses, and staff provide medical care for the uninsured recently named a new executive director who is a lifelong resident of Chester County.
The Clinic has appointed Christi Seidel as its new Executive Director.
In its 20-year history, The Clinic, 143 Church Street in Phoenixville, has provided more than 150,000 patient visits to the community.

Seidel emerged as the top candidate after a thorough search process that included input from The Clinic's Board of Directors, staff, and key funders, the nonprofit said in a news statement, because she "brings to The Clinic a deep commitment to mission along with a wealth of diverse experience that will guide The Clinic into the future, including leadership, strategic planning, marketing, and operations management."
Dr. Mark Delowery, President of The Clinic's Board of Directors said the Board is "thrilled to introduce Christi Seidel as our new Executive Director."

"Through changes in healthcare on a national level, nonprofit funding challenges, and now a global pandemic, The Clinic has remained a critical safety net for underserved residents of the Greater Phoenixville area. With Christi’s leadership, we will continue our mission of providing quality, equitable medical care as we chart a path to a sustainable future," Delowery added.
Seidel said, "I am extremely proud and honored to be part of such a meaningful organization and team. I look forward to developing strategic partnerships and continuing to build on the incredible legacy and critical services The Clinic has already contributed to our community."
Prior to joining The Clinic, Seidel held various positions at Surrey Services for Seniors for 11 years, most recently as the President and CEO. She holds an MBA from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, and a BBA from Marymount University in Arlington, Va.
Along with primary care, The Clinic provides specialty care services, including pediatrics, cardiology, allergy, gynecology, orthopedics, and counseling services.
The Clinic offers an in-house laboratory, medications, and diagnostic testing provided by the Paoli Hospital under its Charity Care Program.
