Phoenixville Health Inspections: 15 Violators So Far In 2019

PHOENIXVILLE, PA — The Chester County Health Department inspected 20 Phoenixville area establishments thus far in 2019. Of those, 15 had at least one violation.

Leading the way were Aman's Bistro, with 17 violations, and the now-closed Fisherman Restaurant, with 20 violations.

Some of Fisherman's violations included storing raw eggs above prepared, ready to eat foods, unclean utensils stored throughout the kitchen, improperly labeled pre-packaged food, no sanitizer test strips, heavy food-like debris on slicer, which was not cleaned regularly.
