Phoenixville Health Inspections: 32 Violators In April, May

PHOENIXVILLE, PA — The Chester County Health Department inspected 51 Phoenixville area establishments over the past two months, from the time period of April 1 through June 5. Of those, 32 had at least one violation.
Leading the way was Acme on Starr Street, which was labeled "out of compliance" with 12 violations after its May 23 inspection.
Some of their violations included unclean lids in deli food prep room, no certified food manager records, shelves in deli, produce, and meat department in need of sanitizing and cleaning, lights missing in meat walk in cooler, dirty shoes left on storage shelf, and more.
