7-Eleven Store, inspected July 12, three violations

- Frozen foods observed not maintained in a frozen state in the 2-door retail reach in cooler. Freezer Out of Order. Service call in for repair. All food will be inventoried for voluntarily discard.
- Chili/Cheese dispensers unclean. Clean and sanitize.
- No sign or poster posted at the handwash sink in the employee restroom to remind food employees to wash their hands.
Downtown Bangkok Cafe, inspected July 12, one violation
- Food utensil used for rice scooping observed stored in a container of water (small crockpot) which is not maintained at 135 degrees F (measured at 126F) Facility removed for ware washing and sanitizing.
McDonald's, inspected July 12, no violations
Bob's Haven Deli, inspected July 11, no violations
Bridgeside Deli and Grille, inspected July 11, one violation
- Heavy ice build up in basement Westinghouse reach in freezer. Thaw, clean and sanitize according to owners manual.
Villa Pizza Italian Restaurant, inspected July 10, two violations
- Open bags of bulk dry goods stored in kitchen on storage shelf. Once open stored in a food grade secondary sealed container with content label.
- Open can of pineapples stored in bain marie. Once open move to a food grade secondary container.
- Label with container contents on spray bottle used to clean tables.
