Phoenixville Restaurant Inspections: Avlos, Mr. China, 29 More

PHOENIXVILLE, PA — The Chester County Department of Health has inspected 31 establishments around Phoenixville thus far in 2020.

Giant led all violators with seven separate infractions, including improper food storage temperatures, hand wash sink not working, items stored on floor of walk-in cooler, light out above roaster ovens, no sanitary napkin waste receptacle in women's restroom, and more.
