PHOENIXVILLE, PA – The Phoenixville Area School District will hold a COVID-19 vaccine clinic for kids ages 12-18 next week.

The Pfizer vaccine will be available for a first dose on Thursday and the second dose will be available on June 17.

Vaccines will be administered at the PAHS Washington Field Entrance on Gay Street from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Students must be accompanied by their parent. Parents may sign up to receive the vaccine as well.

In order to get the vaccine, complete this form (Spanish, Portuguese) by Wednesday at 3 p.m. Then, use this link to select an appointment time.
