PHOENIXVILLE, PA — Nor'easter number four has arrived in the Phoenixville area, and it looks to be a big one. Snow totals of around a foot or more could hit the Chester County area through Wednesday night, with the heaviest snow coming in the middle of the day.
A snow emergency is in effect in Phoenixville through 10 a.m. Thursday. Snow emergency routes must be cleared of parked vehicles to allow plows to come through.

You can park for free in borough lots, 1, 2, 3, and 4 during a snow emergency. This does not include the borough hall lot at 351 Bridge Street.
