Phoenixville Vs. Chichester Leads As Eagles 'Game Of The Week'

PHOENIXVILLE, PA — The Phoenixville Phantoms will battle the Chichester Eagles next Friday night, and the game is currently the front runner in a competition sponsored by the Eagles highlighting local high school football.

The concept between the Philadelphia Eagles High School Football Showdown is simple.

Each week, three upcoming high school matchups from the Philadelphia area are showcased on their website.

The public then votes on which matchup they want to see highlighted as the game of the week.

John Bartram High School will take on South Philadelphia/Furness on Friday, Sept. 8 for this week's matchup.

Vote here to help Phoenixville win next week's competition. As of Friday morning, they led with 76 percent of the vote. Other matchups are Penncrest vs. Great Valley and a New Jersey game, Cherokee vs. Timber Creek.
