PHOENIXVILLE, PA — Phoenixville's new bookstore Reads and Company celebrated their highly anticipated grand opening this weekend.

The unique Bridge Street book store has launched a community recommendations program, where notable people around town offer up their choices for good reads.

The bookshop started on opening weekend with Mayor Peter Urscheler, who recommended a children's book his father used to read to him when he was young: "The Bremen-Town Musicians," a book you're unlikely to find in other stores.
