Public Health Benefits Assistance at Phoenixville Public Library

Phoenixville Public Library has partnered with the Maternal and Child Health Consortium (MCHC) of Chester County to offer family benefits assistance appointments one afternoon a week at the Library. A bilingual community health worker is available for walk-in appointments for application enrollment assistance and advocacy for families and individuals for MA, CHIP, SNAP and TANF public health benefits.
