Phoenixville, PA -- The massive new structure from Toll Brothers on Main Street in Phoenixville has officially opened for leasing.
Riverworks, the name of the new luxury apartment building, opened its doors formally on June 8, Toll Brothers and The Davis Companies said in a press release.
Riverworks offers studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom apartments.

Studios start at $1,195, one bedrooms at $1,350, and two bedrooms at $1,885 per month, according to their website.
Some of Riverworks' amenities include an outdoor pool, sundeck, fire pit, grilling areas, game room, fitness center with a rock climbing wall and CrossFit space, and more.
