  • Phoenixville borough offices are closed
  • Chester County offices and courthouses are closed
  • Pennsylvania state offices are closed
  • All federal offices are closed
  • Post offices are closed

Colonial Theatre

The theatre is open, with four films showing: "Darkest Hour" at 4:45 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., "The Shape of Water" at 4:15 p.m. and 7:15 p.m., "The Disaster Artist" at 4:30 p.m., and "It's a Wonderful Life" at 7 p.m.

Schools

Regional Rail will operate on a special holiday schedule on Christmas Day. There will also be late night service on Christmas Eve following the Eagles home game.
