Bakerstown Alliance to Host Peaceful Prayer Vigil

Bakerstown Alliance, an historic church proclaiming an historic faith, will host a peaceful prayer vigil to promote social justice at 6 p.m. on Thursday, June 4. The event will be held in the church’s lower parking lot, rain or shine.

Isaiah 1:17 calls us to “Learn to do good; seek justice, correct oppression; bring justice to the fatherless, and please the widow’s cause.” Please join us as we peacefully pray in support of our brothers and sisters in the black community. Prayer will be led by church members.

Those who wish to participate but would like to socially distance while doing so may stay near their cars during the vigil.
