Construction Update on Tom Henry Chevrolet

Construction continues as Tom Henry Chevrolet's new showroom is built.

Construction has started on the for located in Bakerstown. By 2013 the main showroom of Tom Henry Chevrolet will be gone and replaced by a larger one. 

In fact, according to Sales Manager Jeff Blough, the new facility will have an added 4,000 square feet and 22 service bays.

Blough said the updated building should serve the community and give the business room to sell more cars, as well as attract more employees.

"We're excited about having a beautiful new building to increase business," Blough said. 

The project was kickstarted back in 2011 when the Richland Board of Supervisors okayed plans to move forward with the reconstruction. Other than expanding in size, the dealership is going to be rebuilt to better fit into GM standards.

The remodel will also include an employee parking lot with access to Heckert Road, ADA-approved bathrooms in the new facilities, and customers will be able to drive their cars into the service bays to protect them from inclement weather.
