Koru, a start up company, provides career experience to college graduates and college seniors by providing work experience with real employers to work on real work problems. The program is intended for students to get prepared for the real-life in the work force as well as help connect employers to potential recruits. Business and Education Connected, LLC has programs for students prior to graduating high school or college which helps them determine the career which best suits them according to their strengths and interests. The career development services help students from 8th grade through seniors in college find career possibilities that align with their strengths and interests. The student completes several assessments and interest inventories in addition to completing activities (assignments) designed to help them explore careers related to their strengths, abilities, and interests.
