Dog Trainer – Petco, Gibsonia, PA

This role also involves completing cash register transactions as well as providing customer carry-out service. The Dog Trainer ensures that store animals, birds, reptiles and fish receive the highest quality care and are maintained in habitats that are clean, safe and secure. The Dog Trainer also perform routine housekeeping tasks, assist store management in the opening/closing of the store and participate in physical inventory counts.

While a high school diploma or G.E.D. is preferred, candidates must be able to demonstrate basic math proficiency and strong communication skills.  Candidates must be customer service focused and able to interact professionally and effectively through both verbal and written communication with everyone.   

Store Team Lead – Dunham Sports, Gibsonia, PA 

Responsibilities include operational, merchandising, administrative functions within the store, leading and training a staff in providing exceptional customer service, and store opening and closing responsibilities. 

Strong organizational and leadership skills are necessary, with a hands-on management style. Enthusiasm and initiative are key. Ability and desire to provide our customers with a high level of service, as well as train and motivate the staff to do the same. 

Merchandise knowledge preferred, such as apparel, exercise, footwear, field and stream or general athletics, but not necessary.

Retail supervisory experience is required. This is an hourly position.

Assistant Division Manager – Masco Construction Services, Gibsonia, PA

A successful candidate will have a proven track record in effectively managing operational strategy, safety programs, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities 
• Partner with key area/functional leadership to establish and cultivate strategic relationships within key accounts.
• Develop sales growth and coverage strategy that effectively maximizes sales representatives’ band width and talents within the area
• Actively manage Sales Representatives within Regional or Division Service Area

CSR/Reimbursement Specialist – Aerotek, Warrendale 

The CSR/Reimbursement Specialist works in collaboration with Cash Application and Insurance Reimbursement Specialists to resolve cash posting issues and research unapplied cash accounts. Review, audit, research and resolve all unapplied cash amounts. Complete refunds requested by Insurance Reimbursement Specialists. Complete reposting of misapplied payments and correct transfers of patient co-pays as requested by Insurance Reimbursement Specialists. Participate and provide input to periodic Process Evaluation and Improvement meetings. Provide support to the Team and Department Management. Other tasks as directed by management.

One year customer service experience is required.

Residential Alarm Installer – Guardian Protection Services, Warrendale

The Residential Installer is responsible for installing systems in designated locations, specifically within currently occupied homes.  Systems will include but not be limited to burglar alarms, fire alarms, home networking and Internet training for Blackberry or I Phone interfaces.  A Residential Installer will have satisfactorily completed a 90-day training program and will be able to work alone while performing work in existing residential dwellings.  Experience with GE products is a plus. Solid soft skills and a knack for training the end-user are crucial.
