At least 10 open houses are scheduled for this weekend in the Plymouth-Whitemarsh area, according to the listings on AOL Real Estate.
Among them is 418 West 11th Avenue in Conshohocken, which is open Sunday from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. This three-story townhome, offered at $364,500, is said to be ideal for entertaining, with a "four-story view" from the third-floor loft. The 1,560 square foot floor plan includes a finished basement and a deck.
Also open is 508 Spring Mill Avenue, offered at $249,900. This three bedroom, one-and-a-half bath home featured hardwood floors throughout its floor plan in addition to plenty of parking and basement laundry facilities. It's open from 1p.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday.
