New Construction Homes Top House Hunt in Plymouth-Whitemarsh Areas

There are 14 open houses scheduled for the weekend of Feb. 23-24 in the Plymouth, Whitemarsh and Conshohocken areas, according to the listings on AOL Real Estate.

The highest asking price is $549,900, for 1646 Gallagher Court, Plymouth Meeting. It has four bedrooms and three bathrooms in its 3,100 square feet. The new construction home will be open from 10 a.m. to noon, Sunday, Feb 24.

Another new construction home, located in Conshohocken at 539 Spring Mill Ave., is listed for $409,900. It has four bedrooms and three bathroom, with 2,400 square feet of space. Its realtor will host an open house from 1 to 3 p.m. this Sunday. A special is also being offered for a full finished basement on a full-priced offer.
