At $1.475M, North Coventry Home Tops Local Listings

A $1.475 million home in North Coventry is the biggest ticket among the more than 350 homes for sale in the area, according to the listings on AOL Real Estate.

The 6,937 square foot floor plan of 1786 Harmonyville Road includes five bedrooms and six baths. The home sits on about 2.8 acres of land in the Owen J. Roberts school district.

At the other end of the price spectrum is 614 Chestnut Street in Pottstown Borough, a three bedroom, one bathroom rowhome offered at just $29,900.
