Church Carnival, Concert, Library Fun Upcoming This Week

Several events and meetings will happen this week.

St. Aloysius Church will hold its 2nd annual carnival on June 25-29. The carnival takes place on the grounds of the former St. Pius X High School. There will be rides, food, and games for all ages. The carnival is held to celebrate the feast day of St. Aloysius on June 21.

Lower Pottsgrove's Summer Concert Series continues on June 30 with a performance by Makin' Music Gilbertsville, a family-oriented musical show for families with preschool age children. For a full schedule, see the township's website.

The Lower Pottsgrove Parks and Recreation Board meets on Tuesday June 24.

At the Pottstown Regional Public Library, the monthly Mystery Readers club meets on Tuesday morning, June 24. Tuesday is also the monthly Evening Book Club.
