Driver Killed in Route 422 Crash at Oaks Exit

The driver of a Clemens Uniform Rental truck involved in an accident on Route 422 westbound Thursday afternoon has died, according to sources.

The incident occurred around 3:30 p.m.  when the truck reportedly collided with at least one other box truck.

The off-ramp to Oaks and the right lane was blocked, slowing traffic in the area.

According to an image from Fox 29, a Clemens Uniform Rental truck suffered extensive front-end damage; the driver of the truck was flown from the scene to a trauma center, according to abclocal.

No information is available from police currently; the story will be updated as information is released.
