Man Chased, Harassed Woman In Montco Road Rage Incident: Cops
The woman tried to elude the man, eventually pulling into a day care parking lot, where he pulled open her door, police said.

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, PA — A man has been arrested after following and harassing a woman in a road rage incident over the summer in Montgomery County.
Joseph Scott McConnell, 63, has been charged with terroristic threats and harassment in the case, police announced on Friday.
The incident occurred back on July 2 in Lower Pottsgrove Township. It began on the 3000 block of E. High Street, and resulted in McConnell following the woman in her vehicle for some time, police said.

Ultimately they came to the Wee Care Day Care, located on 2573 E. High Street. The victim kept trying to elude McConnell in the parking lot, but he kept circling back, authorities said.
McConnell then parked and approached her vehicle, screaming at her through the sun roof and "calling her a variety of crude names and threatening her," according to police.

When she put her car in park, the doors automatically unlocked, and he opened the door and began screaming and threatening her in her face, police said.
Before police arrived, McConnell left the scene.
A witness recorded the entire incident on his cell phone.
An arrest warrant was issued for McConnell, but he was not arrested until he was pulled over for a traffic stop in Upper Uwchlan Township on Thursday, Dec. 5.
He was taken to Montgomery County Correctional Facility. A preliminary hearing is forthcoming.
